【博幼】母親節後感

母親節要到了也許大學生只知道可以藉此A老師早點放學
但對於那群孩子們而言
可能是一種torture

尤其是每一次學校的作文題目---我的媽媽
或是各式各樣的學習單
在在都不斷的醒目地刺痛他們的傷口
青蛙老師說的對
學校應該把老梗的作文題目給換了!!
是不是可以引導 孩子們寫下自己心目中最喜愛的人
不一定要母親吧!!

在他們心中 也許母親只不過是粗淺的名詞
像空氣 抓不牢 也碰不到
想回憶
卻像是模糊的影像和印記
一定要產生母親的角色
自己才算的上是好孩子嗎??
而這樣做
才能讓孩子意會自己的存在感嗎??
好可惡 可恨 世俗的大人
我想我可以懂 所以請不要忽視他們的感受

一定要讓他們知道除了母親
還有其他關愛他們的人

我會一直在這裡的

【電腦】Pros of Technology in the Classroom

I agree use the technology in the classroom.

• In modern society, the computer plays an important role around our world. Most of us use the computer frequently than before. Also, it is available to get anywhere, such as the libraries, some coffee shops.
• If we use the computer to teach our lesson, some tools can help the learning exposure and practice four skills(listening, reading, writing, speaking) more perfect.
• It is also attractive for the learners to have multiple-choice and choose what they want to learn. Moreover, the learners will not be restricted by the teacher's teaching context and take charge of their learning on their own.
• It is very good way to save hundreds of thousands of trees prevented them from cutting, because we use the internet instesd of a book.

【博幼】第一次開會

星期一中午開會的時候
外語教學中心的主任周惠那老師會跟我們做分享和討論
這個時候同為博幼老師的小許哭了~~

小許說 她班上有個小朋友
因為ABC大字都不懂一個 好像有點學習遲緩
但大部分的小朋友都已經上到第七課了 需以大多數的權益而言
有時候也只能放他一個人在旁邊做自己的事情
剛好他也喜歡畫畫 只好讓他作關於字母的畫
可惜只有五分鐘的熱度

之後他不但不投入課程 反而間接影響到其他小朋友的上課狀況
小許問他 什麼都不想要做
只好交給社工處理了

社工和其他較壯的小朋友只好"強拉" 把小朋友放置在辦公室裡
後來 從社工辦公室回教室 那位小朋友對小許說了ㄧ句話

""老師你下次可不可以不要這樣對待我?????""

小許泛著淚光如是說

學姊們和我們和惠那老師 應該心有戚戚焉吧!!!
那種矛盾 衝突的心情 我可以完全感受到

老師說有時候 小孩子不是不懂事
而是我們沒有機會給他們說話 發言
我們會認為他們總是愛頂嘴

所以 請他shut up!!!!

博幼小朋友是我們的老闆
是他們決定我們上下班的時間
是他們決定我們心情的起伏
我們是在做種樹的工作 而不是在收割
重點是沒有教不會的小朋友 只有不會教的老師

我想 這應該是我要 去好好處理我自己的心境

【博幼】狠心or 忍心

昨天晚上
我正在教室邊寫小朋友週誌
邊陪建良和亞承背單字
亞承的爸爸進來教室 詢問亞承的學習狀況
似乎很著急
而這是我第一次面對家長
心裡o.s. 我該如何陳述 才能讓亞承的爸爸放心

因為亞承的學習態度實在是太令我生氣了
每次我問她問題 或是他問我問題
他總是會說不知道 我不會
老師你教我 甚至你教完之後 亞承還是說他不會
重點是他都已經五年級了 我知道他很聰明
我不相信他真的不會 不死心的問他 這題剛剛已經教過你了
試著做做別題 它還是故態復萌(怒)

結果 亞承的爸爸聽完之後 並沒有任何的回應
只是很認真的對我說: 希望老師可以多多照顧他!麻煩了
就幾句話 莫名的mooving

有時候 我覺得亞承真的很不懂事
讓爸爸每次都那麼擔心你的狀況
看了 都不知道該心疼 還是對你狠一點?

因為有好幾次 都有點想放棄救救你
但我知道 我的力量是薄弱的
希望亞承有一天可以知道 要依靠的是自己的力量

【博幼】改變

最近 真的很強烈知道自己應該去做些改變
也正嘗試著 習慣那些不習慣
博幼 讓我有進步的空間

我很認真的想讓小朋友可以在快樂的環境學習
所以 我問了之前有經驗的學姊 還有茵
所以 我借了相關書籍(像是班級經營) 拼命研讀

畢竟他們來博幼 並非自願的
而來這裡 白天被國小老師管 放學來這裡還要被約束
這樣真的很可憐!!
如果是我 也不會很願意來


可是雖然只是歡樂的玩遊戲
但被動學習的他們 到底可以吸收多少成
我卻一點把握都沒有
也有點慌張

畢竟每兩個禮拜 就要檢測ㄧ次
換句話說 我大概上三次課 他們就要考一次試
每一次考試 兩科(單字卷/翻譯卷)平均起來 都要八十分
而且都要有新的進度 不准滯殆太久

檢測不過 代表老師的教學能力待加強
因為沒有引發小朋友真正學習的興趣和動機
也許部分原因出自他們不完整的家庭影響 和部份自己本身的學習慣性
感覺這會使小朋友囫圇吞棗 消化不良

而阿茵 曾跟我分享說
請不要期望你教了一堂就可以改變這些小朋友
但是你可以期望 在那些小朋友長大之後
可能會因為我說過的一句話
而改變了他的世界
那你就成功了 就夠了
這句話 讓我拋開多餘的希望

這也讓我重振對自己的教學自信

【博幼】人類的ㄧ小步 踏進教室

今天上完惠那的課 我試著去體會

每次走進教室 帶著不同的心態或方式
就會是ㄧ個 全新的老師
because of human feeling
可是每ㄧ次試出來的結果
都讓我覺得灰心
也許還是不夠堅定


不管教的再好 老師還是要去處理學生焦慮的學習情緒
只是有了好的方法 可以減低小朋友的不安
我有什麼權力去阻止學生們進步的空間
就為了少數幾個程度較差的小朋友
是的 沒有理由
如果說都幫他們想好好的
只會讓他們在這裡浪費青春的
我需要佩戴威嚴的面具

【教學】The songs of Shapes

This song is concerned with many kinds of shapes. Each shape has their unique symbols. For example, the circle can be represented to moon or sun. You can take this song to let children build up the concept of the shapes.

【教學】A to Z Phonics TPR

This is a good way to use TPR to teach phonics with some strong rhythm music, because the phonics are too abstract for children to memorize. It also lets children have fun time to do this exercise.

After I watched this video, I was astonished and hardly believed that we "were" studying the old information now. In the future, compared Taiwan's education with other nation's education, we may lose our competetion and ascendence if we do not improve the present state or change the teaching style. Taiwan's parents considered that only let their children go to the cram school, their children can enter into a good quality school and pursue the higher academic background.

All in all,How do you think about this vedio ? Is it a warning or just a fact?

In 2008, I am twenty years old. I am an adult.

Now I must be independent from my parents, and be responsible for my behavior and my decisions, so I make up my mind to be a good teacher for my future. Last semester my classmate and I were the volunteers to 國安 elementary school, also this year I will keep going on. Furthermore, I join the BOYO social welfare foundation to teach the students who are from poor family and cannot follow their studies with their peers. In the future, I will prepare for the license of English teaching. In the end, I hope that my dream can come true.=0=b
